To reply to Subjects through the social media, Revigrés may request additional personal data from the Data Subject, such as e-mail address and telephone number, which is used only to reply in the most effective and quick way to the queries.
Revigrés is present in online directories through which the Data Subjects visiting these platforms may request information on the products. They complete a form drawn up by these platforms for the purpose with personal data – such as the name, telephone, email and location. This information is used by Revigrés to reply to requests for information only. We will no longer retain your data after we have answered or replied to your query.
Revigrés collects data by prospecting and visiting stores, which allows the company to keep in touch with the Data Subjects. This includes attendance at fairs and other trade events and visits that the sales team conducts to actual and potential customers and subscribers on the domestic and international markets.
Data gathered under this item are kept until the Data Subject requests the deletion thereof.
Revigrés trains Customers, Distributors and Subscribers on a regular basis, inside and outside of Revigrés. At that time, the Company gathers personal data which allows it to keep in touch directly with the Data Subjects.
Data gathered under this item is kept until the Data Subject requests deletion thereof or until the expiry of the period prescribed by the relevant legislative framework.
Revigrés records on video and with photographs all sorts of moments – namely training actions, institutional and trade events, and visits to the facilities – which it organises with customers, subscribers, economic and scientific entities and the community.
The images gathered are used for advertising the events on the social media of Revigrés and with the Data Subjects, according to their consent and right to privacy.
In the context of collecting and processing the personal data of the Data Subjects, Revigrés does not transfer personal data to third parties which have not been subcontracted, unless in strict compliance with the legal obligations identified.
Likewise, information shall not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those for which the Data Subjects were informed about and for which they gave their agreement.
The consent applies to personal data of international market Data Subjects gathered and processed, which must be transferred to Revigrés sales teams in the relevant countries.
Revigrés requires for that purpose the written agreement of Data Subjects for transferring personal data to those entities.
After termination of the contract, unless otherwise specified by the Data Subjects, their personal data is permanently eliminated.
Data Subjects may exercise at any time their data protection and privacy rights, which include: accessing their personal data; modifying data which are inaccurate or incomplete; requesting deletion of their personal data, where permitted by law; withdrawing any agreement to gather and process data that was given; requesting portability of data; and limiting or objecting to the processing of their personal data, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the General Regulation on Data Protection and additional applicable legislation.
All requests for exercising data protection and privacy rights of the Data Subjects must be submitted by the Subjects themselves and sent in writing to Revigrés, using to this end the contacts provided herein.
All personal data gathered is used solely for the purposes informed to the Data Subject in the context of each data-gathering session. The Data Subject is informed about the purposes of the Personal Data gathered and processed, and he must always give his explicit consent to the gathering and processing of such data as informed.
The personal data gathered shall be used only for the purpose presented.
The personal data gathered by Revigrés is retained for the period informed when the data is gathered. Generally speaking, the personal data is retained only for the period of time necessary for the purposes which the Data Subject was informed about as grounds for the collection and processing or until the Data Subject requires erasure of that data.

The technical measures implemented protect the personal data against loss, destruction, inappropriate use, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or unlawful processing.
In view of its compliance with the General Regulation on Data Protection and additional legislation on Data Protection and Privacy, Revigrés may make at any time adjustments or changes to this Privacy Policy, which Revigrés shall advertise sufficiently.
